By accessing our website or using our virtual assistant services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with these terms, we kindly ask that you refrain from using our services.
1. Services
Dee’s Desk provides virtual assistant services, including general administrative support, design, marketing, content creation, and social media management. We are dedicated to delivering high-quality services as outlined in our agreement with you. Specific terms of your service package, including scope, timelines, and deliverables, will be outlined in a separate service agreement.
2. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information necessary for us to deliver our services. You are also responsible for securing any required permissions, materials, or resources necessary for your project.
3. Fees and Payment

Service Fees: Fees for services are outlined in your service agreement. All fees are stated in GBP (£) and are payable as per the agreed terms.

Payment Terms: Payments are due within 14 days of receiving the invoice unless otherwise agreed. As per our Retainer Plans, payments must be made in advance for the agreed-upon period.

Refunds: All sales are final, and refunds are not provided for completed services unless otherwise stated in the service agreement.
4. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and are committed to keeping any confidential information you provide secure and used solely for the purposes outlined in your service agreement. Dee’s Desk agrees not to disclose your confidential information to third parties unless required by law or with your explicit consent.
5. Intellectual Property

Client Content: You retain ownership of any content or materials you provide to Dee’s Desk in connection with our services.

Deliverables: Upon full payment, ownership of the deliverables produced by Dee’s Desk as part of our services transfers to you, unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to use non-confidential deliverables for our portfolio or marketing purposes unless you notify us otherwise.

Third-Party Content: If third-party content (e.g., licensed images or software) is required for your project, you may need to obtain separate licenses, which are your responsibility.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dee’s Desk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of our services.
In no event shall Dee’s Desk’s total liability exceed the amount you have paid to us for services within the last 3 months.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement by providing written notice 30 days in advance. Upon termination, you will be responsible for paying for any services rendered up to the termination date. Dee’s Desk reserves the right to terminate services immediately if these Terms are violated or if payment is not received.
8. Amendments to These Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date." By continuing to use our services after such changes, you accept the updated Terms.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to them or our services shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
